1. Who we are
IT Genius Engineering Co., Ltd. (“we”) runs itgenius.co.th and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
2. The data we collect
We collect only what you give us in our forms and what the website needs to run:

If you give us other people’s details, such as colleagues you register, please let them know and make sure you may share them with us.
3. Why we use it
- Handle your registration, confirm seats, contact you about training rounds, and issue quotations, receipts, tax invoices and certificates (to perform a contract, or take steps you asked for before one)
- Check payments and keep accounting and tax records (to comply with the law)
- Reply to your enquiries, improve our courses and services, and prevent spam, fraud and security incidents (for our legitimate interests)
- Send news about courses and events where you have agreed · unsubscribe at any time from the link in the email or by telling us
4. Who we share it with
- Instructors of the course you register for, who receive the attendee list for the class.
- Service providers that run parts of our service for us: our web hosting, email delivery (Google), and spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). They may use the data only to provide that service.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), which measure visits and our advertising — only in line with the choices you make in our cookie settings.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside Thailand; where they do, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA allows.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Data of customers who have registered or trained with us is kept for 10 years from the last training or payment, which also covers the period the law requires for accounting and tax records. Data of people who only made an enquiry or requested a quotation, including through Facebook and Instagram lead ad forms, is kept for 2 years from the last contact. Certificate records are kept so that certificates can still be verified. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Keeping it safe
Data sent through the website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Only staff who need it can see it in our back office, with access set by role, and our forms are protected against spam and automated submissions.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access or obtain a copy of your personal data, have it corrected, deleted or transferred, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent you have given. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee. Contact us through the details below; we may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
