About this workshop
Many executives and business owners try AI and give up, because the answers sound good but cannot be used. The problem is rarely the tool. It is three things: choosing the wrong work to hand over, giving unclear instructions, and not knowing where to check.
This workshop applies the AI Fluency 4D framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) to real work that each participant brings from their own business from the first hour. You build an AI assistant that remembers your business context, work with real files, draft an AI policy for your team and leave with a 30-day plan, then follow up in two live online sessions.
Hybrid format: a 2-day onsite workshop (12 hours) at IT Genius Institute, Lat Phrao, plus two live online sessions of 3 hours each for this cohort only, 18 hours in total · 30% lecture, 70% hands-on.

- Module 1
Day 1 (onsite): understand AI and delegate well
- What executives need to know about AI: where it does well, where it fails, and why a confident answer can be wrong
- Delegation: map your work by risk and value, then pick your own case for the course
- Description: structured instructions with role, context, task, output format and constraints
- Discernment: criteria to check AI work, spot made-up facts, and know when to do it yourself
- Workshop: build your task audit and refine prompts for real work with your group
- Module 2
Day 2 (onsite): set up and govern
- Build an assistant that knows your business: projects, knowledge bases and standing instructions in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and NotebookLM
- Multi-step work on real files: data, reports, proposals and plans
- Diligence: customer data, PDPA, accuracy, reputation, and a draft AI policy for your team
- Workshop: finish your own business case and build a 30-day action plan
- Module 3
Online session 1 (3 hours): follow-up and real problems
- Review what you have put to use since the workshop
- Work through real problems from your business case by case
- Refine your prompts and AI assistant to fit the work
- Module 4
Online session 2 (3 hours): measure and scale to your team
- Measure results against your 30-day plan indicators
- Plan how to extend AI use to your team safely
- Agree the next steps for your organisation

Who is the AI Fluency Workshop for Executives for?
Business owners, executives, department managers and successors who want AI to take over routine work. No technical background is needed beyond everyday computer and internet use. It is not aimed at people who mainly want to learn programming or AI image and video generation.
How does the hybrid format work?
Two onsite days at IT Genius Institute, Lat Phrao, 6 hours each, then two live online sessions of 3 hours each for this cohort only, 18 hours in total. The online dates and times are confirmed when your seat is confirmed.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. The workshop is designed to work with free accounts of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and NotebookLM. Some features go further on paid plans, and the instructor explains when an upgrade is worth it.
What if I cannot use real company data in class?
You can use the sample data provided or mask sensitive details first. The instructor covers data masking and how to choose data that is safe to give an AI on day one.
What should I bring?
A personal laptop with internet access (a phone will not do), Claude, ChatGPT and Google accounts set up in advance, and two or three real tasks from your business to use as your case throughout.
