AI-Powered Presentations and Infographics is a hands-on course in building slides and infographics with AI, from planning the storyline and drafting decks in Gamma and Copilot in PowerPoint to summarising documents with NotebookLM, drawing diagrams with Napkin AI and polishing designs in Canva AI. It suits office staff, supervisors and sales or marketing teams who present regularly.
Slides and infographics take up a surprising share of the working week: boiling long reports down to the key points, laying pages out neatly in the corporate style, and drawing diagrams an audience can grasp in seconds. The latest AI tools can produce a whole deck from text or a file in minutes, but without a clear storyline the result is often slides that look good yet make no point, numbers that no longer match the source, or decks that cannot be used because they ignore the company template.
This course teaches slide and infographic production with AI, starting from the message. Learners use AI to plan the storyline before any design, then work with the right tool for each job: Gamma for drafting decks from text, Copilot in PowerPoint for building slides from files on the company template, NotebookLM for turning documents into slide decks and infographics, Napkin AI for turning text into diagrams, and Canva AI for on-brand design. The course also covers data storytelling, accuracy checks and handling confidential information, and closes with a workshop that turns a real report into presentation-ready slides and an infographic. (1 day, 6 hours, Beginner level.)
