Many organizations have already invested in AI tool licenses for their staff, only to find that actual usage is low. Most employees use AI only for general question-and-answer and never connect it to their daily work, so the return does not justify the budget. Three problems appear repeatedly in Thai organizations: not knowing which tasks should use AI, not knowing how to instruct AI (prompts that are too short and produce vague answers), and having no safety or verification framework. The AI for Work course is designed to solve all three within two
days by having each department work hands-on with their own real tasks. Learners study the strengths and selection of the four main tools - ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini and Claude - write structured prompts, choose the tasks worth applying AI to using an ROI-based criterion, design a repeatable AI workflow for their own department, and understand the risks around data, copyright and hallucination. They leave with their own department's prompt library ready to use from the very next Monday. (Hands-on training, 2 days, 6 hours per day, 12 hours in total, available Onsite, Online or Hybrid.)
Objectives
Explain the differences and strengths of ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini and Claude, and choose the right one for each type of work
Write structured prompts following Role - Context - Task - Format - Constraint to get production-ready results
Select the tasks in their own processes that are worth applying AI to, using a measurable ROI criterion
Use advanced capabilities such as file analysis, reading long documents, building a Custom GPT or Project, and connecting to organizational data
Design a repeatable AI workflow for their own department with clear steps that can be handed to teammates
Identify risks around data, copyright and hallucination, and define the organization's AI usage guidelines
Build a prompt library and a plan to scale AI adoption within their own unit

Curriculum
Course Details
A 2-day hands-on workshop, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total). It is designed as a shared core plus role-based tracks, so all departments can train together in one class. The key principle is that learners use their own real work as the exercise throughout the course - no hypothetical cases - so the output produced in class can be used immediately. The mix is 40% lecture and live demo, 45% hands-on workshop and 15% discussion and presentation, supporting 15-30 people per class (onsite) or 20-40 per class (online).
