Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as hands-on training (80% workshop, 20% theory) with a capstone project. Intermediate level. Learners take home a brand prompt library, a real content portfolio (text, image, video and audio), content-plan templates and a certificate. The institute provides all AI software and licenses used in class.
Day 1: Content Strategy, AI Fundamentals and Text Content Creation
Module 1.1 Understanding today's online media landscape
- The online media landscape in the AI era and changing consumer behavior
- Common online media types such as image posts, articles, short videos, long videos and ads
- Strengths and limits of each medium and viewer behavior that decides to watch or scroll within seconds
- Setting content goals that connect to business goals
- Workshop: choose a business or brand topic and media channel as the real case throughout the course
Module 1.2 Choosing the right online media for the content and audience
- Easy-to-understand audience analysis and building a customer persona with AI
- How the same content gives different results across media, with examples of good and poor media choices
- Setting the brand voice so AI can follow it
- Workshop: match topic, audience and media format and summarize into a content brief
Module 1.3 Understanding practical online content formats
- Educational, engagement and conversion content that does not feel pushy
- Popular storytelling structures such as Hook - Body - Call to Action
- Balancing each content type in the content calendar
- Workshop: turn one story into 2 to 3 formats for different objectives
Module 1.4 Generative AI fundamentals and prompt engineering for media work
- How generative AI works and the differences and strengths of ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude for media work
- A prompt structure usable across tasks: Role, Context, Task, Format, Constraint
- Few-shot, chain of thought and iterative refinement techniques and building a brand prompt library and custom instructions
- AI limits and how to check for hallucinated information
- Workshop: build 3 to 5 brand prompt templates of your own
Module 1.5 Preparing content, analyzing data and finding trending angles with AI
- Finding trending content directions and using AI to analyze competitors and find content gaps
- Using AI to help with topics, angles and storytelling
- Using Google NotebookLM to summarize long documents and turn raw data such as reports, customer reviews or interviews into content material
- Workshop: use AI to create a text set ready to post on the chosen channel
Module 1.6 AI and the end-to-end content creation process
- An overview of the workflow from planning, production and review to publishing
- Where to use AI to cut time and repetitive work and where humans still decide
- Content repurposing and building a content calendar with AI
- Workshop: build your own AI content workflow and content calendar
Day 2: Producing Every Content Format, Marketing and Capstone Project
Module 2.1 Creating image content and graphics with AI
- Prompt principles for images: Subject, Style, Composition, Lighting and Mood
- Creating images from a visual prompt with Google Whisk and creating and editing commercial images with Freepik
- Keeping brand consistency and editing images with AI such as removing objects, upscaling and changing backgrounds
- Composing and resizing images for each platform with Canva
- Workshop: create a set of 3 to 5 post images with a consistent style
Module 2.2 Creating video content with AI made simple
- How to make engaging short videos and use AI to help with ideas, storyline and script
- Creating presenter videos with an AI avatar on HeyGen without going on camera
- Turning text or still images into short videos (text-to-video / image-to-video) and editing, auto-captioning and resizing with CapCut
- Cautions when using AI avatars and disclosing AI-generated content
- Workshop: produce 1 video content piece ready to publish
Module 2.3 Creating audio content and background music with AI
- Creating Thai and English voiceovers that suit the content personality and choosing tone, pace and mood
- Creating songs and background music with SunoAI plus music-prompt techniques
- Adding music that supports the content and copyright of AI-generated audio and music for commercial use
- Workshop: add a voiceover and background music to the video produced in Module 2.2
Module 2.4 Social media, advertising and marketing with AI
- Writing persuasive ad copy that does not feel like hard selling, using frameworks such as AIDA and PAS with AI
- Using AI to create multiple text and image versions for A/B testing
- Adapting one content set for each platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA and LinkedIn
- Writing ad copy for Facebook Ads and Google Ads and designing a landing page message that matches the ad
- Workshop: create a full 1-campaign post and ad set with both text and images
Module 2.5 AI with data, insight, automation and responsible AI
- Reading content results and platform insights and key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, CTR and conversion
- Using AI to analyze results and suggest content improvements, and automation to cut repetitive production and publishing work
- Law, copyright and commercial-use terms of AI-generated work, plus ethics and protecting business confidential data when using external AI services
- Workshop: plan 7 to 14 days of continuous content with defined result metrics
Module 2.6 Capstone project, idea sharing and next steps
- Task: produce an end-to-end content set for your own business or brand for 1 campaign, including text content, illustrations, a short video and audio
- Present the work explaining strategy, audience and media choices and receive feedback from the instructor and peers
- Share real-world application ideas for each business line and a Q&A session
- Summarize all content, how to follow new AI tools and future skill development paths
