Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a client-segmented prompt library, an agency assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), copy, pitch and reporting templates, and a copyright and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Ideas, Content and Ad Images
Section 1: AI in Advertising and Digital Agency Work
- An overview of generative AI in agency work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: ideas, concepts, copy, content, images, proposals and reporting
- Choosing the right AI tool and a responsible-use frame that respects copyright
Section 2: Prompts and Agency and Client Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for agency work: role, brand, target audience and output format
- Setting and keeping each client brand tone consistent with examples and a brand guide
- Building a prompt library segmented by client and work type
Section 3: Ideas, Concepts and Copy
- Using AI to brainstorm ideas, create campaign concepts and set themes and taglines
- Writing copy, captions and content across platforms while keeping brand tone
- Workshop: create a campaign concept and a copy set with AI
Section 4: Ad Images and Media with AI
- Using AI and Canva to create professional ad images, key visuals and multi-size media
- Making images match the brand and respect copyright, and preparing a media set for campaigns
- Workshop: design one key visual or ad media set with AI and Canva
Section 5: Proposals, Pitches and Media Planning
- Using AI to help write proposals and prepare credible pitch decks
- Helping with media planning and basic campaign direction while verifying data before real use
- Workshop: draft a pitch outline or campaign plan with AI
Day 2: Reporting, Assistants, Administration and Automation
Section 6: Campaign Analysis and Reporting
- Using AI to help summarize and analyze campaign performance and basic insights
- Preparing easy-to-understand, professional client reports with recommendations
- Workshop: build a campaign performance report with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Agency Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant that keeps brand tone and helps with each client copy
- Embedding brand guides and work samples for consistent, on-brand results
- Workshop: build one agency assistant for a client or work type
Section 8: Documents and Administration
- Using AI to help with documents, quotes and coordination with clients and the team
- Summarizing meetings and briefs and preparing basic operations reports
- Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Agency Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as collecting campaign data, queuing content and team notifications
- Connecting data across tools and channels with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for the agency
Section 10: Copyright, Client Data and PDPA
- Using AI responsibly, respecting image and content copyright, and disclosing AI use when appropriate
- Client and campaign data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's agency work, from ideas and content to images, pitches, an assistant and reporting
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole team
