Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a content prompt library, a creator assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), script, caption and media-kit templates, and a copyright and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Ideas, Content and Images
Section 1: AI in Creator and Influencer Work
- An overview of generative AI in content work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: ideas, scripts, content, thumbnails, fan care and brand deals
- Choosing the right AI tool and using AI while staying authentic
Section 2: Prompts and Channel Style
- A good prompt structure for content work: role, channel theme, audience and output format
- Setting a consistent channel style and voice and using examples to keep the tone
- Building a prompt library for recurring content
Section 3: Ideas, Scripts and Content Plans
- Using AI to brainstorm ideas, write short and long video scripts and plan content across platforms
- Finding hooks and storytelling that grabs attention in the first few seconds
- Workshop: plan content and write a video script with AI
Section 4: Thumbnails and Media with AI
- Using AI and Canva to create professional thumbnails and supporting content media
- Making images eye-catching and on-content while respecting copyright and not misleading
- Workshop: design a thumbnail or content media set with AI and Canva
Section 5: Captions, Hashtags and Fan Care
- Using AI to write captions, hashtags and teasers suited to each platform
- Replying to comments, caring for fans and handling common questions with style in multiple languages
- Workshop: prepare a caption and fan-care message set with AI
Day 2: Media Kit, Assistants, Backend and Automation
Section 6: Media Kit and Brand Deals
- Using AI to help build a media kit, summarize channel stats and prepare offers for brand deals
- Drafting pitch messages and basic negotiation professionally while disclosing advertising
- Workshop: build a media kit or brand-deal pitch with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Creator Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant that keeps channel style and helps with routine content
- Embedding style, work samples and guidelines for consistent, authentic results
- Workshop: build one creator assistant for frequent tasks
Section 8: Backend Work and Administration
- Using AI to help with backend work such as organizing ideas, content calendars and documents
- Summarizing data and preparing basic content performance reports
- Managing files and data systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Content Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as queuing posts, collecting stats and work notifications
- Connecting data across tools and platforms with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for creators
Section 10: Copyright, Ad Disclosure and PDPA
- Using AI responsibly, respecting image, audio and music copyright, and disclosing advertising (ad disclosure)
- Personal and fan data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Personal data under PDPA and setting the channel team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's channel, from ideas and scripts to images, captions, an assistant and a media kit
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up an AI content production system
