Corporate training quote

As AI drafts documents, analyzes data and answers questions faster every day, working people face a question they cannot avoid: where does our value lie? The World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report 2025 finds that around 39% of the skills employers need will change by 2030, and that alongside AI and technology skills the fastest-growing skills include creative thinking, resilience and flexibility, curiosity, and leadership, all human skills that AI finds hard to replace. This course is an experiential workshop that spends around 70% of its

time on group activities, reflection and simulations, building core human skills in the context of working alongside AI: critical thinking about AI output, creativity and problem solving with design thinking, decision making under uncertainty, communication and teamwork, emotional intelligence and resilience, a love of learning, and ethical judgment. Scenarios are drawn from manufacturing and office work, every skill comes together in the Human + AI Challenge, and the day closes with an individual development plan. (1 day, 6 hours in total, suitable for all levels, no technology background required.)

Curriculum

Course Details

A 1-day course, 6 hours in total (09:00-16:00), run as an experiential workshop with around 70% of the time spent on group activities, reflection and simulations. Suitable for all levels with no technology skills required. Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is used as a supporting tool in some activities, which calls for at least one notebook or smartphone per team with a Microsoft 365 Copilot account, but the heart of the

course is developing human skills. The reference frameworks are the WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025 and design thinking (Stanford d.school). The instructor provides scenario cards, flipcharts and sticky notes. Assessment includes a pre- and post-course self-assessment of core skills, evaluation of participation and output in the Human + AI Challenge, and a post-course satisfaction survey. Learners take home a critical thinking checklist, design thinking tools and a 90-day Personal Development Plan.
