Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a real estate prompt library, an agent assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), listing and content templates, and a data-accuracy and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Marketing, Listings and Customer Service
Section 1: AI in Real Estate Work
- An overview of generative AI in agent and real estate work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: listings, content, images, customer service, leads, market analysis and documents
- Choosing the right AI tool for each task
- AI limits and verifying property and price data for accuracy
Section 2: Prompts and Agent Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for real estate: role, property type, customer group and output format
- Setting a consistent agent brand tone and voice
- Using examples to keep listing and communication style consistent
- Building a prompt library for recurring work
Section 3: Sale Listings and Marketing Content
- Using AI to write attractive, targeted sale and rental listings
- Writing content, captions and post plans for social and real estate platforms
- Tailoring messages to property type and channel without over-communicating
- Workshop: write a sale listing and marketing content set for a sample property with AI
Section 4: Property Images and Presentation Media
- Using AI and Canva to create professional property images, brochures and presentation media
- Concepts for image enhancement and virtual staging transparently, without misleading
- Preparing presentation media and one-pagers for clients
- Workshop: design one property presentation piece or brochure with AI and Canva
Section 5: Customer Service and Lead Qualification
- Using AI to help answer customers and give appropriate basic property information
- Qualifying leads and asking questions to understand customer needs
- Preparing standard answer sets and FAQ for sales work

Day 2: Market, Leads, Assistants and Automation
Section 6: Market and Price Analysis
- Using AI to summarize market data and help compare properties (comparables) at a basic level
- Preparing data to support pricing and client presentation
- Cautions on verifying price and market data before use
- Workshop: use AI to summarize market data for a sample property and prepare presentation data
Section 7: Lead Care and CRM
- Using AI to help care for leads and prioritize customers
- Preparing follow-up and care messages suited to each status
- Summarizing and categorizing customer data for better care (on masked data)
Section 8: Agent Assistant and Knowledge Base
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering customer questions on properties and terms
- Embedding property data and FAQ for consistent, on-brand results
- Connecting the assistant to LINE OA and handing off to the team when needed
- Workshop: build one agent assistant to answer common questions
Section 9: Real Estate Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as lead care and automated client follow-up
- Distributing listings and alerting on new leads
- Connecting data across channels for a complete customer view, with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for agent work
Section 10: Documents, Accuracy and PDPA
- Using AI to help with documents and basic contract summaries, always with review
- Cautions on the accuracy of property data, prices and terms
- Customer personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's agent work, from listings and content and presentation media and customer service to an assistant and lead care
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole agent team
