Corporate training quote

Restaurants and F&B are a highly competitive business that must communicate with customers constantly: creating menus and food content, shooting and enhancing food photos, running promotions and campaigns, taking orders and table reservations, replying to reviews, and caring for regular customers and back-of-house work. These tasks are high in volume and must be done consistently, especially for multi-branch shops or many sales channels. Generative AI helps restaurant teams work faster, create more content and images, and free up time to focus on taste and memorable service. This course is designed to help restaurant and F&B teams use AI

in real work confidently and systematically, covering the whole process, from menus and content, creating food images and promotional media, customer service and taking orders, review management and sales analysis, setting up a store assistant and knowledge base, to automation with n8n, plus practices for menu-data accuracy and protecting customer data under PDPA. All content is taught through workshops on real restaurant tasks, finishing with a capstone project where learners set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for their own store. (2 days, 6 hours per day, 12 hours in total, Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI or programming background required.)
