Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a store prompt library, a store assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), product-detail and ad-copy templates, and a data-accuracy and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Product Content, Images and Marketing
Section 1: AI in E-commerce Work
- An overview of generative AI in online-store and e-commerce work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: product content, images, marketing, customer service, sales analysis and automation
- Choosing the right AI tool for each task
- AI limits and verifying product and price data for accuracy
Section 2: Prompts and Store Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for store work: role, product, customer group and output format
- Setting a consistent store brand tone and voice
- Using examples to keep content and communication style consistent
- Building a store prompt library for recurring work
Section 3: Product Content and SEO
- Using AI to write product details, highlights and bullet points that attract and target customers
- Naming products and using keywords so they get found on marketplaces and store websites (SEO)
- Tailoring content to each platform without over-communicating
- Workshop: write SEO-style product details and titles for a sample product with AI
Section 4: Product Images and Ad Media
- Using AI and Canva to create professional product images, ad creatives and ad media
- Approaches to making product images attractive and truthful, without misleading customers
- Preparing images and banners for campaigns and promotions
- Workshop: design one product image or ad media piece with AI and Canva
Section 5: Online Marketing and Advertising
- Using AI to write ad copy and plan campaigns
- Creating marketing content, email and social posts for the store
- Setting up promotions and sales messages appropriately
- Workshop: write an ad-copy set and marketing content plan for the store with AI
Day 2: Customer Service, Analysis, Assistants and Automation
Section 6: Customer Service and Store Chat
- Using AI to help answer customer chats and give appropriate product and order information
- Preparing standard answer sets and FAQ for store admins
- Handling common questions and initial complaints professionally
- Workshop: prepare a store service message set and FAQ with AI
Section 7: Sales and Customer Review Analysis
- Using AI to analyze sales data and summarize best-sellers and periods worth promoting
- Summarizing and analyzing customer reviews and feedback (sentiment)
- Preparing summary reports to improve products and marketing
- Workshop: use AI to analyze sample sales and review data and summarize key points
Section 8: Chatbots and Store Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering customer questions on products and promotions
- Embedding product data and FAQ for consistent, on-brand results
- Connecting the assistant to LINE OA and handing off to the team when needed
- Workshop: build one store assistant to answer common questions
Section 9: Store Automation with n8n
- Setting up store automation with n8n, such as order alerts and purchase confirmations
- Requesting reviews and following up with customers after sale systematically
- Connecting data across sales channels for a complete store view, with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for the store
Section 10: Customer Data, Accuracy and PDPA
- Controlling the accuracy of product data, prices and terms before publishing
- Customer and order data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Customer personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's store, from product content and images and marketing and customer service to a store assistant and analysis
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole store team
