Corporate training quote

Microsoft Excel remains the primary data tool in almost every organization, but how it is used has changed completely. Users no longer need to memorize complex formulas or write M code or VBA entirely themselves - just describe what you want in natural language and AI can build formulas, clean data, analyze and produce reports in seconds. Microsoft Excel AI for Business is designed to help intermediate-to-advanced Excel users systematically adopt AI as a real working assistant, covering every AI channel that reaches Excel today: Microsoft Copilot in Excel, AI Add-Ins from the Office Store, the Claude AI Add-In for Excel, and Claude Cowork Mode that works directly

with local Excel files across continuous multi-step tasks. The course's highlight is not teaching one specific AI but the AI Selection Framework, which lets learners decide which tool fits which situation for the best cost-effectiveness and accuracy, together with how to validate AI-generated results - the most important skill for using AI in business where numbers cannot be wrong. Everything is hands-on through workshops based on real business tasks in sales, accounting/finance and HR, ending with designing an AI-Powered Workflow you can apply to daily work immediately. (Hands-on training, 2 days, 6 hours per day, 12 hours in total, hybrid classroom or online via Microsoft Teams.)

  • Selecting and installing AI Add-Ins from the Office Store safely and verifying the environment before the workshop

Section 3: The AI Selection Framework

  • Principles for choosing an AI tool by task: data size, complexity and repetition frequency
  • When to use Copilot, when to use the Claude Add-In and when to use Cowork, with cost-per-task assessment and the licenses needed
  • The limits of each AI, and a demo comparing results on the same task across all four AI tools

Section 4: Intermediate Formulas with AI

  • Principles of good prompts for building Excel formulas (prompt anatomy) and using AI to build VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and XLOOKUP
  • Building complex logic with IF, IFS, SWITCH and conditional aggregation SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIFS via prompts
  • Array and dynamic-array formulas (FILTER, SORT, SORTBY, UNIQUE, SEQUENCE) and having AI explain existing formulas to understand inherited files

Section 5: Advanced Formulas with AI

  • Designing multi-level nested functions with AI structuring and step-by-step explanation, plus modern functions: LET, LAMBDA, TEXTSPLIT, TEXTBEFORE, TEXTAFTER, VSTACK, HSTACK
  • Using regular expressions in Excel (REGEXEXTRACT, REGEXMATCH, REGEXREPLACE)
  • Using AI to fix formula errors, diagnose #N/A, #VALUE!, #REF!, and optimize slow formulas
