Corporate training quote

Accounting and finance work is full of documents and detailed, repetitive tasks: recording and reconciling, preparing monthly financial reports, summarizing statements and analyzing expenses, reading contracts and financial documents, answering executives' questions about the numbers, and budgeting. These tasks are time-consuming and demand high accuracy. Generative AI greatly reduces the time spent on analysis and document work, but because finance work needs especially accurate numbers, the key is using AI the right way with a mechanism to verify the numbers every time before use. This course is designed to help accounting and finance teams use AI in real work confidently and safely, with

a focus on data accuracy, covering analyzing financial data, summarizing and reporting, reading and extracting data from documents (multimodal), budgeting and forecasting, using AI for Excel and Google Sheets, and setting up finance assistants and automation with Custom GPT/Gems and n8n, plus practices for accuracy, security and PDPA for financial data, which is sensitive. All content is taught through workshops on real accounting and finance tasks, finishing with a capstone project where learners set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for their own work. (2 days, 6 hours per day, 12 hours in total, Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI or programming background required.)
