Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a central prompt library for the network, a franchise assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), SOP and content templates, and a data-accuracy and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Franchisee Marketing and SOP
Section 1: AI in Franchise Business Management
- An overview of generative AI in franchise work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: marketing, content, SOP, training, outlet support and performance summaries
- Choosing the right AI tool and keeping brand standards consistent across all outlets
Section 2: Prompts and Franchise Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for franchise work: role, business type, target audience and output format
- Setting a brand tone and voice so all outlets communicate consistently and using examples to keep style
- Building a central prompt library shared across all outlets
Section 3: Franchisee Marketing and Content
- Using AI to help create business introduction content that attracts prospective investors truthfully
- Writing outreach messages and post plans to find franchisees
- Workshop: plan content and a franchisee outreach message set with AI
Section 4: Preparing SOP and Outlet Manuals
- Using AI to help draft standard operating procedures (SOP), operating documents and checklists for outlets
- Structuring content to be easy to understand and usable at every outlet while verifying before use
- Workshop: draft an SOP or outlet manual with AI
Section 5: Investor Care and Service
- Using AI to help answer prospective investors and give appropriate business information in multiple languages
- Building FAQ and message sets for lead and franchise-prospect care
- Workshop: prepare a service message set and FAQ for investor care with AI
Day 2: Training, Summaries, Assistants, Administration and Automation
Section 6: Outlet Training and Performance Summaries
- Using AI to help create training media and summarize content for outlet support
- Summarizing and comparing each outlet performance while verifying numbers before use
- Workshop: build training media or an outlet performance summary with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Franchise Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering outlet questions on SOP, steps and standards
- Embedding manuals and FAQ for consistent, on-brand-standard results and connecting to LINE OA
- Workshop: build one franchise assistant to answer common questions
Section 8: Documents and Administration
- Using AI to help with documents, internal announcements and communication with the whole outlet network
- Summarizing meetings and preparing basic operations reports
- Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Franchise Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as collecting outlet results, distributing announcements and tracking work
- Sending data and connecting information across outlets and channels with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for the franchise network
Section 10: Data, Accuracy and PDPA
- Controlling number and terms accuracy before publishing and avoiding over-claiming returns
- Brand confidential data and prospective-investor data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's franchise work, from marketing and SOP to outlet support, an assistant and performance summaries
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole network
