Course Details

A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a recruitment prompt library, a recruitment assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), job post and interview question templates, and a bias-reduction and PDPA checklist.

Section 2: Prompts and Recruitment Communication

  • A good prompt structure for recruitment work: role, position, qualifications and output format
  • Setting a professional, consistent communication tone with both candidates and clients
  • Building a prompt library for recurring work

Section 3: Job Posts and Sourcing

  • Using AI to write clear, attractive job posts and job descriptions
  • Drafting personalized, professional sourcing and outreach messages to candidates
  • Workshop: write a job post and a sourcing message set with AI

Section 4: Resume Screening and Candidate Summaries

  • Using AI to help read and screen resumes against defined criteria, on data with sensitive fields masked
  • Preparing candidate summaries and systematic comparison while being careful of bias

  • Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data

Section 9: Recruitment Automation with n8n

  • Setting up automation with n8n, such as application acknowledgements, scheduling and candidate follow-up
