Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a central prompt library for all branches, a retail assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), content and promotion templates, and a data-accuracy and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Marketing, Content and Customer Care
Section 1: AI in Multi-Branch Retail Work
- An overview of generative AI in multi-branch retail work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: marketing, content, product images, customer service, sales and stock
- Choosing the right AI tool and keeping brand standards consistent across all branches
Section 2: Prompts and All-Branch Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for retail work: role, product type, customer group and output format
- Setting a brand tone and voice so all branches communicate consistently and using examples to keep style
- Building a central prompt library shared across all branches
Section 3: Marketing, Promotions and Content
- Using AI to help write content, promotions and messages for multiple branches without over-claiming
- Planning content and campaigns for seasons and promotion periods
- Workshop: plan multi-branch content and a promotion post set with AI
Section 4: Product Images and Marketing Media with AI
- Using AI and Canva to create professional product images, banners and marketing media
- Making images attractive and truthful without misleading, and preparing a media set for multiple branches
- Workshop: design one marketing media piece or promotion banner with AI and Canva
Section 5: Multi-Channel Customer Care
- Using AI to help answer customers and give appropriate product information across channels in multiple languages
- Building FAQ and a central service message set shared across all branches
- Workshop: prepare a service message set and FAQ for customer care with AI
Day 2: Sales, Stock, Assistants, Administration and Automation
Section 6: Multi-Branch Sales and Stock Summaries
- Using AI to help summarize and compare each branch sales and stock
- Finding basic signals and trends to plan products and promotions while verifying data before use
- Workshop: build a sales summary or branch comparison report with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Retail Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering customer questions on products, prices, promotions and branches
- Embedding product data and FAQ for consistent, on-brand results and connecting to LINE OA
- Workshop: build one retail assistant to answer common questions
Section 8: Documents and Administration
- Using AI to help with documents, internal announcements and communication with multi-branch store teams
- Summarizing meetings and preparing basic operations reports
- Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Retail Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as collecting sales, stock alerts and distributing promotions to all branches
- Sending customer care information and connecting data across channels with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for multi-branch retail
Section 10: Customer Data, Accuracy and PDPA
- Controlling the accuracy of price, promotion and stock data before publishing
- Customer and sales data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Customer personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's multi-branch retail work, from marketing and content to customer care, an assistant and sales summaries
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for all branches
