Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a spa prompt library, a spa assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), content and course templates, and a communication and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Marketing, Content and Customer Service
Section 1: AI in Spa and Wellness Work
- An overview of generative AI in spa and wellness work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: content, images, booking, customer service, course recommendation and reviews
- Choosing the right AI tool and a communication frame that avoids over-claiming and gives no medical advice
Section 2: Prompts and Spa Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for spa work: role, treatment type, customer group and output format
- Setting a warm, relaxing and consistent brand tone and voice and using examples to keep style consistent
- Building a prompt library for recurring work
Section 3: Content and Treatment Marketing
- Using AI to help write content, captions and post plans for treatments and courses without over-claiming
- Planning seasonal promotions and campaigns and writing course and package details
- Workshop: plan spa content and a marketing post set with AI
Section 4: Images and Marketing Media with AI
- Using AI and Canva to create professional treatment images, banners and marketing media
- Making images attractive and truthful without misleading, and preparing course and campaign media
- Workshop: design one marketing media piece or spa banner with AI and Canva
Section 5: Booking and Customer Service
- Using AI to help answer customers, recommend courses and assist booking appropriately in multiple languages
- Building FAQ and service message sets and handling common spa customer questions
- Workshop: prepare a service message set and FAQ for customer care with AI
Day 2: Reviews, Assistants, Administration and Automation
Section 6: Customer Care and Review Replies
- Using AI to summarize and analyze customer reviews and feedback (sentiment)
- Drafting professional, customer-winning review replies for both positive and negative reviews
- Follow-up communication to create delight and repeat customers (on masked data)
- Workshop: prepare a review-reply and customer-care message set with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Spa Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering questions on courses, prices, appointments and terms
- Embedding course data and FAQ for consistent, on-brand results
- Connecting the assistant to LINE OA and handing off to the team when needed
- Workshop: build one spa assistant to answer common questions
Section 8: Documents and Administration
- Using AI to help with documents, quotes and coordination
- Summarizing meetings and preparing basic operations reports
- Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Spa Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as appointment reminders, customer follow-up and post-service review requests
- Sending care messages to repeat customers and connecting data across channels with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for the spa
Section 10: Customer Data, Communication and PDPA
- A spa communication frame: no over-claiming and no medical or treatment advice
- Customer and health data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Customer personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's spa work, from content and images to booking, customer service, an assistant and customer care
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole team
