Course Details
A 2-day course, 6 hours per day (12 hours in total), delivered as a hands-on workshop with a capstone project. Beginner to Intermediate level, no AI background required. Learners take home a tour prompt library, a tour assistant (Custom GPT/Gem), tour program and content templates, and a data-accuracy and PDPA checklist.
Day 1: AI for Marketing, Programs and Customer Service
Section 1: AI in Tour and Travel Work
- An overview of generative AI in tour and travel work and what changes in the process
- AI use cases: programs, content, images, customer service, leads, quotes and reviews
- Choosing the right AI tool for each task and verifying tour, price and terms data
Section 2: Prompts and Tour Brand Tone
- A good prompt structure for tour work: role, tour type, customer group and output format
- Setting a consistent brand tone and voice and using examples to keep content style consistent
- Building a prompt library for recurring work
Section 3: Designing Tour Programs and Content
- Using AI to help design tour programs, schedule itineraries and write package details
- Writing content, captions and post plans for social and travel platforms
- Workshop: design a tour program and marketing content set with AI
Section 4: Images and Marketing Media with AI
- Using AI and Canva to create professional destination images, banners and marketing media
- Making images attractive and truthful without misleading, and preparing package and campaign media
- Workshop: design one marketing media piece or tour banner with AI and Canva
Section 5: Customer Service and Lead Care
- Using AI to help answer customers and give appropriate basic tour information in multiple languages
- Qualifying leads, preparing quotes and building FAQ for sales and service
- Workshop: prepare a service message set and FAQ for customer care with AI
Day 2: Reviews, Assistants, Administration and Automation
Section 6: Customer Care and Review Replies
- Using AI to summarize and analyze customer reviews and feedback (sentiment)
- Drafting professional, customer-winning review replies for both positive and negative reviews
- Caring for customers and follow-up communication to create memorable experiences (on masked data)
- Workshop: prepare a review-reply and customer-care message set with AI
Section 7: Chatbots and Tour Assistants
- Building a Custom GPT or Gem as an assistant answering customer questions on programs, prices and travel
- Embedding tour data and FAQ for consistent, on-brand results
- Connecting the assistant to LINE OA and handing off to the team when needed
- Workshop: build one tour assistant to answer common questions
Section 8: Documents and Administration
- Using AI to help with documents, quotes and coordination
- Summarizing meetings and preparing basic operations reports
- Managing data and documents systematically, being careful with sensitive data
Section 9: Tour Automation with n8n
- Setting up automation with n8n, such as lead care and automated customer follow-up
- Sending pre-trip information, requesting post-trip reviews and connecting data across channels with access control
- Workshop: design one simple automation flow for the tour company
Section 10: Customer Data, Accuracy and PDPA
- Controlling the accuracy of tour, price and terms data before publishing
- Customer and travel data to be careful with: what can and cannot go into AI
- Customer personal data under PDPA and setting the team's AI usage guideline
Section 11: Capstone Project and Real-world Adoption
- Task: set up an end-to-end AI toolkit for the learner's tour work, from programs and content and marketing media and customer service to an assistant and customer care
- Present the work and get feedback from the instructor and peers
- A first-30-days adoption plan and setting up AI use for the whole team
